Due to the Provincial lockdown, our retail operations are closed. This includes our ability to receive used household items at our 40 Elm Street location.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, however at GBF Community Services, our top priority remains the health and safety of all of our staff, volunteers, clients and customers. We diligently ensure strict adherence to all provincial and local health measures to do our part in the fight of COVID-19.

Our Food Bank continues to run according to it’s normal operating schedule as it is an essential service to the vulnerable members of our community.

Therefore, we are still receiving food and monetary donations for our food bank and other social service programs as follows:

Non-perishable food items:

• A donation bin is place outside our 40 Elm Street retail entrance – Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and is checked regularly throughout the day.

Monetary donations:

3. Mail us a cheque made out to ‘GBF Community Services’ to 40 Elm Street, P.O. Box 231, Grimsby, ON, L3M 4G3.
